I had a bunch of extra icing from my lime cupcakes and no plan for them. But I did have a new pastry bag set, a bunch of bananas and very little piping practice. Waa-la! Bananas with lime frosting. Totally delicious and perfect for a sweet little unhealthy snack. Charming enough to serve to guests too if you felt like it. I also filled a few cherry halves with the frosting but they didn't photograph well and were not nearly as delicious as the bananas.
